Founded by Renako Spizzica, AURI brings together over 15 years of experience across brand marketing, strategic partnerships, talent management, creative production, events, and community building.

Born in Tokyo and raised between Hong Kong, Ojai, Bangkok, Melbourne, and Kyoto, Renako's perspective has been shaped by a life lived across cultures. Of Korean and Japanese heritage, she identifies deeply as a third-culture human, someone who has always found connection in the spaces between worlds, communities, and ideas.

Throughout her career, Renako has worked across fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, and creative industries, leading partnerships, creative initiatives, talent collaborations, events, and community-focused projects for globally recognised brands including Lee Jeans Australia, Abrand Jeans, PUMA Oceania, Ace Hotel Kyoto, and Factorie. Her work has always centred around creating meaningful connections between brands, creatives, talent, and communities.

After years of working in fast-paced city environments, Renako was drawn towards a slower and more intentional way of working. Now based in Lorne on Victoria's Surf Coast, she founded AURI as a reflection of that evolution. A business built on thoughtful collaboration, cultural connection, and projects that create genuine impact.

Inspired by the Japanese word ori, meaning "to weave" AURI is about weaving together people, stories, cultures, ideas, and opportunities.
